CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel 3 hours before the start of the session without any obligations. If you cancel with less than 3 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the total cost.

You will be charged the full service price if you cancel with less than 3 hour or stop the session after you've started. It will cover therapist's spending on transport and his reserved time.
If you think you were wrongly charged a cancellation fee, we're happy to look into it. Simply write to refund@cityzen-wellness.com and let us know your concern. We will check everything and go back to you within 1-2 working days.
